The company defines its needs.

It sets out the work required, the responsibilities, the context and the working arrangements.

The talent agent prepares the introduction.

They identify relevant experience, meet professionals and discuss their ambitions. Within 48 hours, they put forward two experts and arrange the interviews.

The working relationship takes shape.

The company and professional agree how they will work together. Their agent remains a point of contact during the assignment or onboarding.

Where we are

Two offices. Assignments across France.

Our head office is in Wasquehal, in the Lille metropolitan area, with a second office in Paris. Our talent agents work across France, on site and remotely.
