Product, programme, delivery or PMO: we look for the freelance lead who knows your kind of decision and your organisation. You choose, they work with your teams.

Frequently asked
Product & IT projects: your questions
Do you need a product manager or a programme director?
A product manager works on user problems, product choices and priorities. A programme director coordinates multiple workstreams and prepares cross-functional decisions. Describe the decision currently missing to identify the main role and necessary interfaces.
Can a PMO decide business priorities?
The title alone does not grant that authority. A project management office can structure reporting and prepare decisions. If you expect leadership authority, include it explicitly in the brief.
Can an expert take over a programme already underway?
Yes. Prepare the available roadmap, existing commitments, dependencies and pending decisions. An initial scope can focus on a shared assessment and proposed direction, involving the sponsors who will decide on resources and priorities.
How should project leadership work with data or cybersecurity experts?
Project leadership coordinates dependencies and decisions; Data & AI or cybersecurity professionals own their assigned technical contributions. Identify who approves architecture choices, risks and usage criteria.
What should you prepare for go-live?
Describe the users involved, rollout stages, necessary approvals and handover to support or operations. The plan should show dependencies, launch decisions and arrangements for handling issues after opening.
